Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before creating an account or using the ADvisor platform operated by ADvisor Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. This Service is intended for use by businesses and professionals ("B2B Policy").

2. SaaS Subscriptions & Trials

2.1 Free Trial. We may offer a limited-time free trial (e.g., 7 days) allowing full or partial access to our Service. You are not required to enter payment information to start a trial unless specified. At the end of the trial, your access may be restricted until you upgrade to a paid subscription.

2.2 Subscriptions. Use of the Service generally requires a recurring subscription fee ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

2.3 Setup & Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Usage & Limits

Our Service involves interactions with third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity).

• You acknowledge that AI responses are generated by third parties and we are not responsible for their accuracy, safety, or content ("Hallucinations").
• We reserve the right to throttle or limit API usage if your activity exceeds reasonable fair use limits or threatens the stability of our infrastructure.
• You may not use the Service to generate spam, malicious content, or for any illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ADvisor Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ADvisor Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
